background
Desktop agents are plentiful; ones that grow are not. LUCIA aims at a trainable cognitive architecture.
The distinction matters: this isn't a set of prompts wrapped as an assistant, but something that accumulates reusable cognitive structure through use — learning from how you work, gradually getting you.
what I did
Mapped the research path and ran stage reviews (stages one and two passed); built the desktop prototype (voice, screenshot, planner, sandbox, replay); ran a comparative study of two compute blueprints.
The review bar is a single rule: every stage must leave an auditable record — what the hypothesis was, how it was tested, where the conclusion stops. Without that, the stage isn't done.
outcome
A systematic hypothesis list and research discipline — every step leaves an auditable record.
